the $80 report

3pieces of paper and an envelope for $80. thats my medical report. but interestingly, theres another condition that i did not take note of. left ankle peroneal tendinopathy.refer to this link for more info. sounds quite scary but i was diagnosed with and i dont even know its there. maybe im used to the pain being there already.

and the bilateral patella femoral pain syndrome (PFPS)

if you have the symptoms like knee pain near the knee cap area, be it around, under or the front of it, you might just be having pfps too. so please take care and see the doctor at sports medicine.

then there's tests that i've done at sports medicine, at least now i know that they are the Patella grind test (sounds very painful) and Clarke's test. and Dr Ng, despite looking so blur and slack, actually knows alot. maybe because i dont know the exact terms, like bilateral pes planus(flatfoot) and genu recurvatum(backward curvature or hyperextention of the knee).
